House Build Paint Colors

I wanted to share our paint colors we used for the exterior and interior of the house. We are really happy with the end result. 

For the exterior we wanted a light color for the majority of the house to aid in temperature control. We kept the trim white and added an accent area in a deep blue for interest. We used Sherwin Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic Latex paint.

Main Body of the House - Repose Gray SW7015

Trim - Pure White SW7005

Accent - Slate Tile SW7624

Moving on to the interior. Inside, we opted for Behr Marquee Interior Paint. We wanted to keep everything inside light and bright. For the main living area walls we painted an off white color and kept the ceilings white. 

Main Living Walls - Silver Polish BL-W13

Ceilings - White

The bedroom is my favorite paint color. We used a very neutral greenish-gray from Behr. We wanted it to be light and bright like the rest of the house, but a more calming shade.

Bedroom Walls - Curio MQ3-22

Spoiler Alert - we have never liked this shade of light blue we painted the bathroom. We are in the process now of installing tile, and are planning to repaint the walls the same shade as the rest of the house with Silver Polish. Here's the detail anyway.
